Dr. James Boynton received his degree from Duke University and Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. He completed his plastic surgery resident at St Joseph Medical Center and general surgery training in Phoenix, Arizona at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ. In addition, Dr. Boynton completed fellowships in surgical hand at Baylor College of Medicine and Microsurgery Fellowship at Christus St. Joseph Hospital. He is a graduate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, American College of Surgeons, Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons, and Society of Plastic Surgeons Houston. About James F. Boynton, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. James Boynton received his degree from Duke University and Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. He completed his plastic surgery resident at St Joseph Medical Center and general surgery training in Phoenix, Arizona at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ. In addition, Dr. Boynton completed fellowships in surgical hand at Baylor College of Medicine and Microsurgery Fellowship at Christus St. Joseph Hospital. He is a graduate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, American College of Surgeons, Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons, and Society of Plastic Surgeons Houston. Dr. Boynton has also taken part in several international mission trips to Guatemala, Bolivia, Peru and execution cleft lip and palate repair.

Plastic surgery; spell out the potential pitfalls
Approximately 20% of all clinical negligence claims in plastic surgery include claims relating to consent to treatment, according to a new study claims.
And claims settled this figure rises to 28% according to an analysis of claims made for medical indemnity organization Medical Defence Union in the last edition of the organization that published this week.

In several cases, the request to be resolved after consulting the expert said the patient should have undergone a psychological evaluation before the surgery - for example, in the case of patients who require a second or third breast augmentation procedure .
And Dr. Armstrong, adds: "A credible consensus process is an important preparation for all types of surgical procedure, but may be especially critical in the field of cosmetic surgery, where patients seeking physical" perfection "may have high levels, even unrealistic, expectations. In many cases, aesthetic procedures performed in healthy subjects and the negative impact may be less well tolerated than in cases where surgery is undertaken for treatment of organic pathology. "

Cosmetic surgery goes wrong, she hangs herself
New Delhi: A 21-year-old second year student, NE of West committed suicide in Thessaloniki on Thursday, apparently depressed over the "bad result" of plastic surgery on her fingers, said police. The incident was reported by Hastsal area near Uttam Nagar and the deceased has been identified as Rani, who was enrolled in a course mail Delhi University.
Rani was found hanging by her family who rushed to a nearby hospital where he was declared brought dead.
According to police, a two-page suicide note was recovered from Rani which claimed to have depression during a surgery gone wrong.

"Rani has left a suicide note in which he claimed that he was not satisfied with a plastic surgery on her fingers and took this extreme step," said Commissioner in addition to the police (West) V Renganathan. According to police, was electrocuted once, and her fingers were getting disfigured in the accident.
"Recently, a company was in a hospital the government to correct the deformity. However, the suicide note claimed that he was not happy with the extra flesh on her fingers and made her fingers look weird. According to police, a two-page suicide note was recovered from Rani which claimed to have depression during a surgery gone wrong.

"Rani has left a suicide note in which he claimed that he was not satisfied with a plastic surgery on her fingers and took this extreme step," said Commissioner in addition to the police (West) V Renganathan.
